MONOCOZZI offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your MONOCOZZI product or order, MONOCOZZI will gladly refund or exchange your item. Please see our refund/return policy below for more details:

Refund / Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, please email us in advance by giving your order confirmation number, and your must fulfill ALL conditions as follows:

The shipment must be:

- Returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Purchased from monocozzi.com.
- Returned in its original condition and shipped back in the original packaging.
- Undamaged and in good condition.
- Enclosed the original sales receipt (shipping invoice).
- Returned via insured parcel post.
- Able to be shipped back with tracking information, and MONOCOZZI will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Return Procedure

Once the customer fulfils the condition listed above, please note that:

Every returned shipment requires the customer to provide their:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Order form number,
- Reason for return in a return request email to support@monocozzi.com

Once you receive a reply from MONOCOZZI customer support, please prepare the return shipment following by the steps listed above.

- Shipping costs incurred in all returned shipment are not refundable.
- Refund or Exchange item will be sent out upon arrival of the returned shipment.
- Please note that there is a 15 day turn-around time for all exchanges and refund.
- MONOCOZZI doe not accept product returns if the product is purchased from MONOCOZZI’s resellers or distributors. Please contact the reseller or distributor directly for returns and exchanges
- Likewise, MONOCOZZI does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. We reserve the right on all refund or return decisions. Please refer to the return policy if you have any questions.
